About Sarah

Hi there! I’m Sarah Blynne, and I’ve been writing stories since I was 11 years old. At first, it was a coping mechanism, something to turn to when I started feeling stressed and wanted to “get away” for a while. Then, the more story ideas I had, the more I wanted to get them out into the world. I wanted them sold in bookstores, or turning into movies. I wanted it all! I thoroughly enjoyed the creative aspect of writing, so I started working on getting my stories published when I was in high school. However, no one was taking my work, life got in the way for many years, and I stopped trying.

Within the last couple of years, I had an itch to write again. I missed being able to put ideas on paper, so I started up again, rewriting a story I originally wrote in high school, loosely based on my high school experience. That’s where my first book, Bloom, came to life. Now I'm working through a few ideas, and finally breathing life into them. Besides drinking coffee, cooking, being with friends and family, going on walks, and practicing my religion, telling stories is my favorite thing to do, and I can't wait to share those stories with the world!

  • This book has all the keys to a good story. I found that I didn’t like the main character. She seems a little too obtuse and the writing is a bit juvenile. The world the book builds though is so much fun. And the storyline keeps you engaged. Will I read all the other books? Yep. I need to know what happens next !.

  • This book was a fun ride. The characters growth was exciting to read. I also enjoyed that the points of view changed, so we got to see different perspectives. The book is full of adventure and fighting and some romance. Definitely a recommend for fantasy lovers. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
